04.  What Is Your Staffing Structure?

Within our service the Registered service manager and Nominated individual are the same persons who is responsible for the oversight of the homes and the service as a whole.
The homes are staffed 24/7 with an allocated on-call number and procedure if required young peoples also have 24/7 access to on call.
In each home there is a Senior support worker who ensure the homes are up to the requirements set out by Ofsted and the registered service manager

05. Can Young Persons Make Complains?

All young peoples are shows the complaints procedure during their welcome to the homes. A hard copy of the policy is available on request or it can be emailed if required.
If a young person is making a complaint the staff on shift can support the young people towards a resolution or desired outcome. There are a range of face to face, electronic and paper options open to young people, parents and professionals.
This can be escalated to the on-call if needed or the Service manager if this is not achieving the desired outcomes then this can be escalated to the young person’s local authority, social worker, personal advisor or Ofsted.

06. Can Young People Stay Connected With Friends & Family?

We fully understand the importance of young people able to make caring solid attachments and being able to have the space support and time to engage with their friends and families. We work with families and the teams around the young people to support family time in a supportive and caring manner. Each of the young people’s needs around this are different and we aim to work with families to get the best outcomes for the young people in our homes.
